Larry Steenvoorden serves as CareCloud’s Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the company’s executive management team. Mr. Steenvoorden joined the company in 2023 and brings over 30 years of executive experience, with a concentration in the healthcare, life science, and med-tech sectors. Prior to joining CareCloud he served as the executive vice president & CFO at Chembio Diagnostics, Inc., a global NASDAQ-listed company specializing in point-of-care diagnostics for infectious diseases. During his tenure, Steenvoorden successfully implemented numerous strategic initiatives that significantly improved profitability along with executing on debt and equity financing alternatives. He also spent 15 years at Siemens AG, in the U.S. and Germany, where his contributions to mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and external reporting played a pivotal role to the company’s success. Mr. Steenvoorden is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and his Master of Business Administration in finance from Rider University.
