Nathalie Garcia serves as CareCloud’s Associate General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. In these roles, she supports the company’s compliance, regulatory and legal affairs. Ms. Garcia joined CareCloud, formerly MTBC, in 2020 as Associate Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining CareCloud, she worked in human resources and clerked in various areas of law including intellectual property, privacy, technology, and the California Innocence Project. Ms. Garcia is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and California. She received her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board.
