As head of compliance, she provides practical legal guidance that aligns regulatory requirements with business objectives while helping strengthen a culture of compliance across the organization.

Her expertise spans contract law, corporate consulting, healthcare compliance, commercial agreements, contract management and automation, employee grievance investigations, corporate filings, and team training. She partners with cross-functional leaders to translate complex regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statutes, into practical operational standards that support ethical decision-making and client-focused service.

Nympha earned her JD in the Philippines and her LLM from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.
