The Immunization Registry Module is an integrated part of the Public Health Information Management System (PHIMS). The Immunization Registry Module is an automated paperless system that allows users to consolidate immunization records into one reliable source. The system has unique search and de-duplication capabilities and allows users to access immunization record from any doctor’s office, clinic, or any other site where immunization services are provided. It also allows users to verify immunization status as needed. The Immunization Registry Module offers a strong foundation and structure for a community-wide tracking system.
